Sample Availability & Policy

For the new buyers, The sample and delivery cost will be charged to buyer firstly. And the cost will be returned to buyers in his future mass order payment.
For regular buyers, we offer free samples(sample total cost no more USD50), with shipping and taxes paid by the customer.

 Order proceeding time

For the jewelries production time, your order will be shipped out within 7 days after your payment or deposit received. Large order production time will be longer.

 Show your company name or logo

Yes, your company name or logo can be shown on packing card. The minimum requested order quantity should be no less than 5000pcs per style.

 Payment Terms

The normal payment terms we do is T/T and L/C at sight.

T/T: Prepaid 30% for order deposit, the balance payment made by T/T after order dispatched. Full 100% pre T/T is requested if your order payment amount is less than USD2000.00.

L/C: The requested order payment is no less than USD30, 000.00 on L/C payment terms.

 How about Sample Order Delivery and Payment Terms?

 Delivery: The minimum order quantity is 50 dozens per style. We delivery the sample order by TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS etc. All freight-collect paid account is not accepted.

 Payment Terms: 100% prepaid is requested on sample order. You may pay the sample order by T/T or West Union .

Sample(existed style) will be dispatched within 48 hours after sample payment received.

 Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.
